Its never been easier to take advantage of our low prices. Simply follow the instructions as below and get yourself a new bathroom in no time!
Ordering Online
1. Browse Products via the menu system on the right, or use the handy search function to find items by keyword. Once you've found what you are looking for, click on the item's name or
picture to see more information about the item.
2. Add Items to Your Shopping Cart We provide a handy online shopping cart to gather items
that interest you. Simply select the "Buy Now" button located next to the item that you'd
like to purchase. Each item will remain in your cart until you remove or purchase it. View
items in your cart at any time by selecting the "Shopping Cart" link at the home page.
3. Changing Item Quantities in Your Shopping Cart If you wish to buy multiple quantities
of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, merely change the number in the "Qty" box.
Be sure to click the "Update Cart button" to recalculate and see your new subtotal.
4. Deleting Items in Your Cart To delete an item in your Shopping Cart, change the quantity
to zero 0. Be sure to click the "Update Cart Button" to recalculate and see your new subtotal.
5. Check Out When you are ready to send us your order by selecting the "Check Out Now" (You can get there from any page on the website by clicking on the "Shopping Cart Button".) This will take you through a simple step-by-step process to complete your order.
6. Login using your existing Casacada bathrooms customer account or register a new account, by simply providing a few basic details such as your name, email address, shipping address etc. Once registered, the checkout procedure is simplified to a login for your future purchases with us. Please put any special requirements in the comments box. If you have chosen to pay online by debit/credit card you will be redirected to the HSBC secure server page and asked for card details.
7. Finally you will be presented with an order confirmation page displaying your unique order/reference number. We recommend that you print this page for future rererence.
8. We will send you an email to confirm that our warehouse has received your order. Note: If you don't receive an email confirmation from us by the following working day, please call our customer service number 01706 868 296.
Ordering by phone
Simply browse through the website, select the products you are interested in and give our sales team a call on 01706 868 296 to discuss your order (we also offer advice, so dont hesitate to ask any questions). Finally if you are happy to go ahead simply pay by debit/credit card whilst on the phone. We are open Mon-Fri 9am – 6pm,
Sat 9am – 4pm.
Payment by post: Cheque and postal orders are to be made payable to

Goods on special order for customers are subject to a 20% deposit, with full payment before or on delivery (sorry we dont accept cheques as a form of payment on delivery).
